The lawyer Giuseppe GERMANO’, attorney at the Supreme Court, is enrolled in the Register of Lawyers at the Council of the Bar Association of Palmi.

He graduated in law at the University of Messina in April 2003 with a thesis in Navigationand Transport Law entitled “The documents of multimodal transport”, although previously he completed a university course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Modena.

He has many years of professional experience in the field of civil law, paying particular attention to the sector relating to social security and labour law. In the latter context, depending on the cases dealt with, he represented both the employer and the employee and various issues were addressed as a result of problems relating to the application of the National Collective Agreement for Ports Workers.

Moreover, he was for several years defender of the “Confagricoltura Syndicate of Reggio Calabria, as well as domiciliary and substitute for hearing of “Equitalia”s.p.a. (today Agenzia Entrate Riscossione).

Numerous studies and disputes have been addressed in civil matters relating to the various types of compensation for damage (road traffic damage; damage from professional liability, damage from medical liability, etc.). He also follows with particular interest the branch of tax law, contracts and civil executions aimed at credit recovery, also gaining a fair amount of experience in the field of brokerage and related real estate sales.
