He graduated in Law at the University of Messina in 1993. He qualified barrister in 1996 and since 1997 he has been enrolled in the Register of Lawyers at the Council of the Bar Association in Palmi.

Since 2009 he is also qualified to practice before the Higher Jurisdictions. For over twenty years, he has assisted in judicial and extrajudicial private institutions and companies in civil and administrative disputes, in matters of tenders, expropriations and illegitimate occupations, public employment, contracts, civil liability, banking and finance law, electoral judgments. He has gained a deep knowledge of the legal problems concerning the Public Administration by having carried out the position of legal consultant and patron of numerous local authorities.
