LEGAL DEPARTMENT

The lawyers of the firm have consolidated and updated knowledge of Italian law, but also extensive professional experience in German law due to the close collaboration between the offices in Italy and Germany.

The firm immediately tackles legal issues quickly, thus managing to assist both German, Swiss and Austrian citizens throughout the national territory and Italian citizens throughout the German, Swiss and Austrian territory, also facilitating international commercial transactions.

This team of professionals will evaluate the application of the law, the criticality of the individual issues by proposing the right legal action to take.

AREAS OF ACTIVITY OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

1. INTERNET LAW, PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT

These professionals provide specific legal assistance at all major events for those who do business on the web and for those who exercise freedom of expression. They are able to assist clients in every field of the digital world and in every Italian and foreign city, making use of a network of qualified and experienced collaborators.

2. CRIMINAL LAW AND ENVIRONMENTAL OFFENSES

The professionals provide assistance and defence in criminal matters in general, and in particular all procedures relating to environmental crimes. In the international scenario, the direct sensitivity to the implementation of sustainable development programs is constantly evolving, through the adoption of environmental policies aimed at the preservation and equitable distribution of environmental and energy resources.

3. LABOR, CIVIL LAW

The department assists customers from the out-of-court phase, to the trial phase, if any, both to protect the rights of employers and employees, for every issue that affects the employment relationship. In this regard, in recent years, there have been numerous studies and disputes on various issues addressed as a result of problems relating to the application of the National Collective Agreement for Port workers and the National Collective Agreement of “Autoferrotranvieri”.

4. REAL ESTATE LAW

The department is composed of various professionals figures, experts in the sector, able to offer both juridical assistance and for the drafting and stipulation of contracts and notarial deeds and in general all the acts to satisfy real estate investments. The same professionals, lawyers and notaries, will be supported by the firm’s technicians (engineers an d surveyors) in order to correctly estimate the value of the properties subject to the investment and in order to provide proper assistance and in compliance with building and urban planning regulations.

5. ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

The department is responsible for supporting the customer (consumer, professional or company) in solving legal problems that may arise in relations with the Public Administration. At the same time, the department is able to offer to the PA a range of services of advice, assistance and support in the various stages of the procedures (preliminary, deliberative and executive) as well as in pre-litigation and litigation.

6. CIVIL, ADMINISTRATIVE, CRIMINAL AND TAX LITIGATION

The professionals of the network assist their clients, natural or legal persons, before the Ordinary Judicial Authorities as well as in front of the Administrative Magistracy, including the Higher Courts and the Court of Justice of the EU Community for the judicial protection of the rights and interests of their customers.

The Firm offers its clients complete representation and advice for each tax litigation procedure, guaranteeing professional support and technical support against liquidation or assessment notices and in the case of issuance of tax bills.

7. COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE LAW

The department offers assistance to customers in the national and international corporate and commercial sector, taking care of both relations with the financial administration, in order to avoid potential dispute and the defence with the competent authorities for disputes on the matter. The department is able to meet the corporate objectives to the business plan and economic-financial check-up of corporate groups and assistance to the management for the presentation of the same to the credit institutions.
