He graduated in Law at the University of Messina in 1992. He attended the two-year course of preparation for the exams for the competition of Notary, held in Naples under the direction of Prof. Guido Capozzi.  deepening the knowledge, in particular, in the matter of succession, obligations and contracts.

He is enrolled in the professional register held at the Council of the Bar Association of Palmi since 9.11.1995 and in the Register of Cassationists with effect from 30.10.2009.  Over the years, professionals have gained in-depth experience in the field of contractual and extra-contractual civil liability from an illegal act, including of a professional nature (of the lawyer, accountant, notary and in general the intellectual work provider) with particular reference to the sector of medical liability and health facilities (damage from delayed or omitted diagnosis, damage from childbirth or unwanted birth, damage from plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, damage from omitted or incomplete informed consent, credit recovery against healthcare companies and regional bodies) and can guarantee its advice and assistance both in the pre-litigation merger and in the judicial one.
