Eng. Maurizio Cento graduated in Bologna in 2002 in construction engineering and gained various professional experiences, first carried out in the area of ​​civil-industrial project management of the company Fiat Engineering SpA and later at TOTO Costruzioni SpA in the motorway construction sites for the upgrade of the Apennine crossing section between Sasso Marconi and Barberino del Mugello.

Since 2004 he has been working as a freelance mainly in the technical / design sector and over the years, he has held countless public and private positions, dealing with urban planning and primary urbanization works; Architectural and Structural Design of residential and commercial complexes; Construction and infrastructural works supervision; Structural testing. He boasts a great experience both as a CTU (Judge’s technical consultant), and as a CTP (Technical Consultant of the Party) thanks to the consolidated professionalism in the field of real estate valuations, inherited divisions, damages compensation and technical consultancy / experts. He also deals with management, enhancement and marketing of real estate assets in the real estate field.
